"If you can dream it up, I can make it out of cake!" 

Brenda is a graduate from the La Cordon Bleu in Orlando FL.  Making her way through the industry, Brenda has worked at major restaurants and hotels both in Orlando and Atlanta.  Brenda was the Assistant Pastry Chef at Roys Orlando and the Culinary Concierge at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld.  After moving here to Atlanta with her husband, she became the head Pastry Chef at the JW Marriott.  Brenda has also worked in a few bakeries on the outskirts of Atlanta.

Brenda has taught many classes for her local church as well as at Williams-Sanoma. 

Brenda's specialty lies within custom cakes for all occasions.  From the elegant to the extraordinary and anywhere in between, if you can dream it up Brenda can do it out of cake!!
